During this period of uncertainty, please see some of the links below for additional ideas and activities that you could do with your child. We will add additional links and ideas as time goes on but these would be great as daily activities to do with your child.

NUMBER: a great site to support number recognition to 10. “I spy song.” can you challenge yourself and look at number recognition and counting to number 20? (Counting Numbers, Numbers 1-20 Lesson for Children. 


PHONICS: This site will help with Jolly Phonics learning so that you, as the adult will know the correct pronunciation of each letter. This link should take you to view all Jolly Phonics phase 2 songs.

Group 1: Although formal phase 2 phonics teaching has not yet begun, please feel free to learn the sounds and songs for s,a,t,p,i,n Please view the phase 2 tricky words here. Could you identify them if your grown up wrote them down? Can you challenge yourself to write them?
