LEAVE OF ABSENCE
Please note if your child is not in school for any reason please inform the school office via phone or email. Messages on class dojo do not always make their way through to the school office. A leave of absence form can be obtained from the office for requests of absence, however holidays during school term time are not granted. Taking a holiday could lead to a fine being issued.

SCHOOL PLACES AVAILABLE
St Joseph’s has a small number of spaces available. We currently have spaces in FS1 for September, please apply prior to the end of term.
We also currently have 2 spaces in FS2, 3 spaces in Y1, 1 space in Y3 and 6 spaces in Y4 for this term. Should you know of children and families who would be interested in our school please let them know.
OFSTED Feedback
Following our OFSTED inspection prior to Easter, we are now able to share the report, which states we remain a school judged as Good. The report is very positive and captures many elements of the school, which stand out. See some of the comments, “Expectations of work and behaviour are high” Pupils' behaviour is exceptional in class and around the school.” “There is a calm atmosphere throughout the school” “Subject leadership is strong. Crompton in your prayers. Jacob Crompton once attended St Josephs and prior to the Easter holiday, he went missing; following a night out in Retford. He is still missing today. COMPUTING PARENTS
SHOW AND TELL
On Thursday 25th April we will have a show and tell in the school hall from 3:00pm onwards to share some examples of the children’s computing work this year. Please come along and speak to our class ambassadors about the work in class.
