Today we celebrated World Food Day. We tasted fruits from around the world such as kiwi, pineapple, pomegranate, lime and dragon fruits. We joined with Y1 and Y2 to learn about the different food groups and why food and water are so important.
We made tomato and red pepper soup using our home grown tomatoes. Everybody used a sharp knife to chop the vegetables. We tasted the soup and then played with the pulp that was left over!
